LCRP is the only community offering a storyline accompanied by frequent in-character events, to simulate a modern-day American society, with an unexpected political twist.
Step into Liberty City, a metropolis experiencing poverty and corruption. Try to survive as two powerful figures are about to enter the political arena in a fierce battle for the city's future. The outcome of this event will determine the future of the city and have a major impact on every player.The storyline allows various factions to interact with the protagonists and pursue their own interests.
DYNAMIC TAXATION, FACTION BUDGETS AND LOBBYING
From taxes to lobbying and political pressure over government agencies such as the LCPD, the in-game environment remains dynamic and in the hands of players, as opposed to directed by server staff.
ORGANIZED CRIME & La cosa nostra
Liberty City allows for all kinds of diverse organized crime factions. In addition, we are strict on how Italian-American concepts are roleplayed. The server officially recognizes the 5 families of NYC: Bonanno, Lucchese, Gambino, Colombo and Genovese.
MEDIA
In order to mimic modern-day American society, 2 major news outlets based on Fox News and the New York Times enter an ideological conflict for control of the narrative.
CORRUPTION
In order to ensure a dynamic environment, LCRP has established laxed rules on corruption, allowing all government factions except the FIB to engage in various schemes. Internal Affairs Bureaus are only allowed to be corrupt in an attempt to combat corruption, further making the environment dynamic & unpredictable.

MAYOR CHARLES LOCKHART
Mayor Lockhart, the incumbent of Liberty City, presents himself as the savior of the once chaotic metropolis.
His methods are shrouded in darkness and moral ambiguity. He is a man who isn't afraid to take extreme measures and make sacrifices, both his own and others', to achieve his goals.
the REPUBLICAN
FORMER LCPD CHIEF BRIAN TURNER
Brian Turner, the former LCPD Chief, presents himself as the last beacon of hope for the city of Liberty.
Many, however, doubt Turner’s true intentions due to his controversial past, with allegations of corruption, unethical leadership and abuse of power tarnishing his reputation.
